Fast forward four months and we've been extremely happy with how everything has been handled. Communication has been great, the process has been smooth and, if I'm being honest, I've barely had to do anything myself. Jake has helped get our properties to almost full occupancy and has also helped my wife and I work towards the financial goals we had set for the properties.
