We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the campaign or link that brought you here. We share personal information only where it is necessary to deliver our services — for example with cleaners, tradespeople or booking platforms engaged for your property — or where we are required to by law. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then destroy or de-identify them.
