From time to time, maintenance issues can arise—and when they do, it’s essential to address them quickly to avoid disruptions or lost income. At Laurea Stays, we treat every property like our own as our business thrives when your property is at peak condition, which is why damages and repairs—whether it’s fixing a tap or replacing a blind—are handled within 24 hours and at our expense. We work with a trusted network of skilled subcontractors who are on call and ready to respond fast, ensuring your property stays in top condition and your guests stay happy.

Cleaning Services

At Laurea Stays, we maintain your property to the highest standard to maximise guest satisfaction. That’s why our professional cleaning team provides a comprehensive service to ensure your space is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready after every stay. With an average of 10 bookings per month, your property is professionally cleaned up to 10 times monthly, along with a deep clean every three months—meaning it’s often kept in better condition than with long-term tenants.

Professional Photography

To maximise our booking potential, we arrange high-quality professional photography of your apartment. Capturing its unique style, atmosphere, and key features helps it stand out online and attract more guests. Striking visuals create a strong first impression—which translates to more views and more bookings.

Linen Hire and Supplies Purchasing

To keep your property guest-ready with minimal turnaround time, we prepare at least two full sets of linen, towels, and essentials. This allows for same-day swaps during cleaning, ensuring the property is available for new guests that evening.

When we take on a new property, our profesional interior designer provides tailored design recommendations to enhance its appeal and functionality. Our team handles the entire process—from sourcing furniture to coordinating delivery and installation—ensuring your property is beautifully styled and fully set up.

We implement minimum two-night stays, require ID checks, and cater mostly to families, travelers, and business professionals - with a strict no parties policy.
